[Book] Totto-chan: The Little Girl at the Window

Oh, finally i finished reading this book a week ago. Starting to a few pages, I find that it is not so good, exciting like a lot of rumors. Pages after pages with short stories about Totto-chan's school-life, I thought why she was such innocent, natural girl that i envyed her: she talked too much, i think that she talked all the time (she talked with principal of Tomoe school for 4 hours, it is unbelievable! =))).  Because that is the age of childhood with a lot of strange things in children's eyes, but normal in adult's eyes. 

And with some last stories, I felt sad, sad about a friend's dead - Yasuaki-chan, then disappearing of Rocky dog, a tea party for joining up of old watchman and "goodbye, goodbye Tomoe school". :(

Those is words I can think. :D

From joyfulness to sadness, from innocent girl to strong woman, from childhood to present. 

There are 2 things which I think they are very very useful:

  1. "Let's go with what you like" -  that is the special way which Tomoe school used to teach children. 

  2. "Always listen to, always think" - that is Kobayashi (principal of Tomoe school)'s guildline, he did all of things for his pupils: how to develop pupils' favor, enthusiasm but not to force. 

Author also write: "Đứa trẻ nào sinh ra cũng có phẩm chất tốt. Cùng với sự trưởng thành, những phẩm chất đó bị phá hỏng bởi môi trường xung quanh và ảnh hưởng của người lớn. Vì vậy, phải sớm tìm ra"phẩm chất tốt" ở đứa trẻ, phát triển những phẩm chất đó, giúp đứa trẻ trở thành một người có cá tính."

Totto-Chan: vừa vào lớp một được vài ngày, nhưng đã bị đuổi học... ???
